Meeting Your Needs
Our System
Firstly, clients complete our Self Assessment, comprised of a Wellbeing Inventory and Performance Profile. This tells us what you have in place already and what you would consider a high-performing employee.
Next, we engage with the Self Assessment collaboratively, ensuring we have a complete understanding of your current landscape and future objectives.
Our third step is to design a bespoke service for you, which could be a once-off initiative, month-long pathway or multi-year programme.
Lastly, we implement your service…

Sample Topics
Events and initiatives play a critical role in enlightening, educating and empowering individuals and organisations, be they for a single hour or across multiple days.
They can be on-site or remote, use video or audio recordings, focus on individuals or teams… or be tailored to your needs in any way.
Four wellbeing pillars shape our work at Hauora (see below), but we allow clients to lead the way in how topics align with organisational pillars, objectives and/or strategy.
Note that our service can also encompass policies, committees, monitoring and benchmarking, ensuring sustainable integration of wellbeing in organisational culture and strategy.
